I feel very homy with the staff, service, easy to park, very clear and lightful design, etc.

Food is very average, except de coffee expreso in the bar that is one of the best in the whole island. The staff prepared exceptionally according to our needs. Well done.

Bit dirty, can’t swim at beach, average food

the room was spacious enough and we stayed in king ocean view. The view was excellent, balcony wide enough to enjoy the view, facilities of the room was nice, water cattle working well and clean, so does the bathroom. Super King sized bed was very comfortable, and play room facilities was nice, we play chess and coklak at level 1 at night with a hot coco makes it perfect. Gym room size and equipment also enough for workout, a lot of dumbell choices.

The sheets was shown over used, it has discolouration already. The swimming pool are big enough but maintainance was bad, the tiles need lot to be fixed, it was dangerous for guest who swim and walk which can cut them self it was very sharp.

The service is always excellent. Value for money. Location. Ease of everything.

Some of the towels are worn. Need to be replaced. Breakfast variety is not kids friendly

The hotel location, room size

Lack of people in the hotel. I travelled long to reach this hotel and was very tired. However the reception did not bother to provide anyone to take the luggage to my room. I had to carry two heavy luggages

Nice hotel. I got the sea view. The room is very clean.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from town. Not many eating places around the area.

I liked the beautiful view and the friendly staff. The food I tried was decent too. The location is also fairly strategic between Tanjung Tinggi area and Tanjung Pandan. You will still need transport (bike or car)

This is a good quality hotel, excellent facilities, staff try very hard to please, a good pool.

Rooms are not big, but the sea view makes up for the smallish size. My main concern is that the hotel is a little remote, not near a proper beach, and is not within walking distance of local facilities. Nice place, though, if you just want to veg out at a four star facility.

The hotel itself looks nice from the outside and facilities were good. It is overall a well designed building and space. The view overlooking the sea is incredible from the pool, restaurant and balcony if you choose the sea view room. The food from the restaurant was also good.

I don't consider myself a 'difficult guest' but there were so many things that added up which the hotel could have greatly improved on. 1. The booking.com reference for the junior suite is misleading. It is NOT for 3 guests; you will have to order an additional fold out bed. 2. Hotel staff not very well trained. When I had complained about no.1 the front staff was adamant that in their internal system it shows that the room sleeps 2 and wanted to send me Screenshots of what it had said in the system rather than resolving the issue. I did not want to argue who was correct and had suggested that I would prefer to take 2 deluxe rooms to sleep 3 people instead as it was more comfortable and a cheaper option; she could not accommodate. She had to contact the site manager who we had to wait for and who was not able to make a decision,hence we had to waste almost an hour at the front desk to get this resolved. In the end we got the fold out bed for free and they said they need to update the booking.com profile. (Sorry not my problem) 3. Room cleanliness. I had booked 2 rooms. In the junior suite, the door to the balcony could not open and the a/c wasn't fully functioning- good that they had a repairman on site as he had to go back to the room twice to fix the issues. In the double room, the sheets were horribly dirty with lots of hair and stains as if someone slept on it before. I had to request a new one and helped them change the sheets as it was already late at night. The bathroom floor towel was also dirty but I couldn't be bothered to say anything then. Was there no one to quality check that rooms are fully functioning and cleaned correctly? The next days were better but the whole thing was an unnecessary waste of time during vacation

This hotel is just open on Jan 2019 if not mistaken and consider everything is still fresh and new. The room is big. Toilet is clean. You can do smoking at the balcony if You are a smoker. We purposely picked up ocean view room and it is so windy at 5th floor. The hotel exact location is Tanjung Bingai and the town is Tanjung Pandan. Journey from this both places around 25 minutes driving.

I am a bit frustated as 3 of us going for Valentines Dinner. Understood it is a fine dining dinner with 4 course meal. But the portion given is too small even the cut for our beef that night is very small. Maybe the chef can be a little generous in giving us eat. We continue eating outside Chef.

The room is nice with beautiful sea view from the balcony (also from the bed). They have a nice swimming pool. The staffs are perfectly friendly and polite. The motorcycle rental was pretty easy peasy from the hotel.

Far away from the airport. There was also a couple of sounds in the evening, from the balcony window and from the bathroom. The elevator takes quite long just to go through 2 stories.

Renting scooter from the hotel is really expensive. Communicating in English is bit hard. Also the pillows in room has stains, they need to change that

The interior decor is the most beautiful thing we found in the hotel, the breakfast was okay, and they accommodate us for late check up..thank you!

The resort view is to die for! The scenery and facilities are great. The room has nice decoration and clean. Affordable and value for money for a staycation! The staff are helpful too.

The services are slow. The staff are not as friendly as other 4 star hotels. Communication was not that smooth either.

The family room is so big, my two toddlers can run around the room freely. The baby cot is extra special with all the deco inside it. The view from the hotel is amazing. After tiring day of island hopping i would recommend this hotel for your sanctuary escape. You can see the famous pulau lengkuas lighthouse from the hotel.

Menu from the hotel restaurant is very limited, but the taste is awesome somehow and there is no ocean view for family room apparently.

the pool was excellent

but the stuff was very turn down and have no attitude, very disrespectful and make our stay not enjoyable. the service is really awful. we will not come back because of the service

I like the specious room and the color they use for the room it is so relaxing. The bed is very comfy and the balcony area is nice. My room faced the swimming pool and beach area, I have a very nice views. The swimming pool is huge and it is clean. Anyway... my fiance proposed me here, at the swimming pool area. :)

Umm.... they need to fix something about the toilet area, since it was a disturbing smells from it. The breakfast, maybe it was not a lot of guests when we were there so the breakfast options was not various if they put 4.5 stars there. Restaurant area is very nice to face the swimming pool as well, but somehow birds may come inside and poop. Not good to see it and imagine if any of that poop may drop into foods. The beach is accessible but unfortunately it is not to swim there. Lots of stones, and boats parked.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life, this one impressed me due to the sea view, believe me, I’m not easily impressed. It is a stunning view but make sure you book a room facing the sea... my tip is ask for the 5th floor with the highest odd number possible. I was in room 519 which didn’t allow me to see the sunset from the balcony but room number 531 would be absolutely perfect. The staff were decently proficient, always polite and helpful.

I’m being a bit picky here so bear that in mind. Gave my credit card when checking in.. normal procedure, but when it came to checking out the receptionist didn’t know if if we had paid on arrival or not, had to call the manager which took an extra 15 minutes. My thought is that there needs more internal training so that the people know how to handle this and similar points. A lot of the restaurant food was not available, but it was Idul Fitri holiday time so that’s acceptable. The food was a bit tasteless though but again I will put it down to the holiday period.
